Air Venture Flight Center has VA approved Flight Training for Instrument airplane, Commercial, and Multi-engine add-on.

• Private Pilot entrance requirement: Hold at least a Class II medical certificate, a Student license and be concurrently enrolled in the Private pilot course. Demonstrated ability to read, write and understand the English language.
• All Students must pass 4 stage checks with a minimum score of 80%, and must pass 4 written exams with a minimum score of 80%.
• NOTE: VA doesnt reimburse servicemenbers for a private pilot rating

Instrument Rating Entrance requirements: Hold at least a Class II medical certificate, a Private Pilots license and be concurrently enrolled in the Commercial Pilot course. Demonstrated ability to read, write and understand the English language. All Students must pass 4 stage checks with a minimum score of 80%, and must pass 4 written exams with a minimum score of 80%.

COMMERCIAL PILOT CERTIFICATE - Airplane SEL / MEL Entrance Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age at time of FAA check flight, hold at least a Class II medical certificate, a private pilot license with Instrument rating and be concurrently enrolled in the Instrument rating course. Demonstrated ability to read, speak, and understand the English language. All Students must pass 4 stage checks with a minimum score of 80%, and must pass 4 written exams with a minimum score of 80%.

How to apply for your benifets: Simple go to the VA website http://www.gibill.va.gov/gi_bill_info/how_to_apply.htm, register and then fill out the form. It is improtant that you apply and get approval before you start flight training.
